GK3 Walkthrough - Day 2, 7am-10am

You begin the timeblock as Grace in

Gabriel's Room
Gabriel is sleeping on the sofa and you don't need to wake him up: you want to go on Madeline's tour and you need also to do some work before. First of all get a fingerprint kit from the table in the corner of the room (there are two kits, but it can be rather hard to see them) (01, 220/965).Then use the laptop on the table: it runs a programme called SIDney that Grace developed as a tool for Gabriel's Schattenjäger work (click on the chair or on the computer, then use the "gears" icon).

SIDney
This programme works like a normal computer, so you can use the mouse and the keyboard almost as if it was your own computer. First of all check the E-mail. There is nothing interesting, so go rather to the Research Screen. Do you remember what Gabriel asked you to look up last night? Type in "Grail", then click on the "Search" button (01, 221/965). Read all the information displayed and use all the links that send to other documents. Then look up "Vampires" (01, 222/965).

EASTER EGG: What's Next?
While in the Search Screen of SIDney, look up "gk4". You'll get a little hint about Gabriel's next supernatural adventure.
EASTER EGG: Spam is Everywhere
If you've enabled the Big Egg Trigger, Grace will receive an interesting e-mail in SIDney.

Return to SIDney's Main Screen and exit from the programme, then go to the

Hotel Hall

EASTER EGG: Grace Sure is Flexible
The Big Egg Trigger must be enabled first. Click on Grace at any time, and use the "Egg action" icon.

Notice the book that lays on the floor next to the door of Gabriel's room: get it (02, 224/965). Grace will take a look at it, then she'll leave a short letter for Gabriel on the little table next to his sofa. When you get control, go downstairs to the

Hotel Dining Room
Talk to Madeline about the "tour" (02, 226/965). What a nice person! Grace sure loves her. Anyway, don't bother with her any more and go to the

Tour Magdala Lookout
(If you haven't been there before, you have to go to the area behind the fountain - Outside Villa Bethania - and follow the street until its end. There is a tower: enter and go upstairs to the lookout). You'll find there Abbe Arnaud. Talk to him: he doesn't know Grace yet, so you should "introduce" yourself (02, 228/965). Then go back to the hotel and enter the

Hotel Dining Room
(04, 232/965). As soon as you enter, the tour starts and you all will leave the town on Madeline's van. Your first destination is

Poussin's tomb
When you get control after Madeline's explanation, take a look around and you'll see Emilio writing something in the dust: it's a single word - "SUM". Write it down (select the sketchbook in your inventory, then click on the word and use the "object" icon) (04, 236/965). After a few seconds, you'll leave Poussin's tomb and Madeline will lead you to the next place:

Château de Blanchefort
(02, 238/965). After Madeline's explanation, when Wilkes approaches to her, walk close to them to overhear their conversation (02, 240/965), then walk near Lady Howard and Estelle to overhear them, too (02, 242/965). The topic of their conversation is something called Le Serpent Rouge. Even if Grace hates her, ask Madeline about "Le Serpent Rouge" (02, 244/965), then talk to Wilkes and "flirt" with him (02, 246/965). It seems that Wilkes doesn't care who is he flirting with: it can be Madeline as well as Grace, the most important thing is that it's a woman... You may try also to start a conversation with Baza, Buchelli and Arnaud, but you'll get no concrete result: go rather to talk to Mosely about "Gabriel" and the "treasure" (02+02, 250/965). After some time, you'll leave Château de Blanchefort and the timeblock will end.
